Hey all! I am trying to create a new PowerApp based on the "Service Desk" template but am experiencing some difficulties. The first is how to properly set the data source to use a SharePoint list or how to link an existing excel file stored in SharePoint etc.. Also, is there a way to link these to Office365 users like the HelpDesk template? I found the tutorial on the "HelpDesk" template easy to follow, but cannot find any similar setup instructions for the Service Desk template. If there is an existing setup tutorial for this template, could someone please point me in the right direction?
