Hey All,

If I obtain an AI Builder license from an admin account and create an application for other typical user utilisation, is that allowed?

Does it require an AI license for other users to view it as well?

Here are some key information about AI Builder licensing:
Running AI Builder models consumes AI Builder credits.
AI Builder credits can be purchased through add-on units or can be included in Power Apps or Power Automate licenses.
If you have AI Builder credits allocated on a given environment, any user with whom you shared the model in this environment can run the model (In a Power Apps or a Power Automate flow for example). It will consume credits of the environment.

The AI Builder credits pricing model is grossly inappropriate for SMB's. The credits included with the Power Automate per user license were insufficient to complete the evaluation and set up of intelligent document processing. The Azure AI Form Recognizer (upon which AI Builder is built) is a cheaper option but the integration into the Power Platform is not as easy as AI Bulder. Microsoft Syntex, another document management solution, also built on Form Recognizer, is another option. This offers a Pay as You Go subscription (only) but here comes the catch.... it does not include Structured or Semi-Structured (tables) document processing! This is still being integrated. Microsoft's development and product ideas are amazing... pity the administration and licensing is so complicated and out of touch!
