Hi Community,
is there any Slide or documentation for PVA use rights with Office 365 available? In the Power Platform licensing deck there are slides for Power Apps and Power Automate (use rights with Dynamics 365 or Office 365). One of our customers is asking what is included when he uses the service "Power Virtual Agents for Office 365" (e.g. is included in my Office 365 E3 licenses).
Thanks in advance
Martin
Hi @mThormeyer ,
You can see the documentation below:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/requirements-licensing-subscriptions
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/teams/requirements-licensing-teams
Thanks for your quick answer. Your link helps, it doesn't really explain the strange naming for this service but anyway.
Thanks for your feedback, @mThormeyer !
Microsoft specified "for Office 365" because maybe in the future can allow another tool to connect with Power Virtual Agents, it's a generic naming. 🙂 (I hope hahaha 😄 )
It is still not really clear to me. In the documentation I read that these licences have to be available:
In our organisation our users have Office 365 E3 and with that comes the application: "Power Vitual Agents for Office 365".
So my question is simple. Can we use with E3 basic features of virtual agents or do we need an additional licence? and if so what does this "Power Virtual Agents for Office 365" mean?
Thank you in advance!
