How do I reference a dynamic content in an expression

Hi,

My google-foo is failing me.

In power Automate I want to update a field in a Dataverse table based on values in the fields on the record. I have work out how to do most of it, but I can't for the life of me work out one small part which should be really easy.

I need to know how to reference the field from my dataverse table in my expression.

I can see that the field is there in the dynamic content, but I can't drag the dynamic content in the expression because they both use the same window. I can't find the syntax anywhere. I can see example from Sharepoint, from variables, but not Dataverse table.

thanks

Troy

    Hi @troyhoskison,

    As you are building the expression you can click on the other tab for the dynamic content and add the field to your expression, when you select the field it fills it into the expression.

    Example on the one below I did the following:

    1.  Clicked Expression and typed in the function Concat('Cool ',

    2.  I think clicked on "Dynamic content" and selected the "Account Name" field

    3.  It completed the expression to:

    Concat('Cool', triggerOutputs()?['body/name'])

    Hopefully this helps!
