Model Driven PowerApps List / View Settings

Hello, I have some data in a model driven power app. There does not seem to be an obvious way to change the column views in the data set. Like on share point, you can control which columns are visible and the order they are in. How do I do this on a model driven app data set?

This is what it goes to by default -

Thank you,

Go into your solution from Advanced Settings, pull up this view by going to entities->selecting this entity>views. Open the view editor, there you can adjust filters and whatever columns you want to display. This should help: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/create-and-edit-views

Let me know if you are able to do it or if you need more information.

    HI @Anonymous ,

Do you want to control columns visible within the Model-Driven app List View?

If you want to control columns visible within the Model-Driven app List View, please consider take a try with the following workaround:

    1. Go to Entities in your PowerApps web portal.

    2. Select the Entity your Model-Driven app related to.

    3. Switch to "Views" tab, then find the Entity View where you want to control the column visible.

    4. Click "Edit View"-> "Edit View in new tab"

    5. Then within the opening Entity View Designer, you could adjust the Entity View, and make it looks like you expected:

    6. Click "Save", and then "Publish" your changes made to this Entity View.

    7. Open you Model-Driven app again, the changes you made would be applied to your Model-Driven app list view.

    Best regards,

Thank you both for the quick reply! I was able to make a view in the entity, but when I publish and re-open the app, I do not see the view I created.
