I am currently working on a copilot studio agent for HR support, internal in an organisation.
Currently i am working on a topic that should be able to send an email to HR support, if the user doesn't find the relevant answers, while using the bot.
I have the email working, making it send the users email and name, but i cant figure out how to make it retrieve the conversation between the user and the bot.
