Am trying to spool record from sharepoint using powerapp.

I have record from 2022 to 2023 on the same list.

I want powerapp to only display only records for 2023.

In Sharepoint: I have DATE column in this format 3/17/2023 (MM/DD/YYYY)

CUrrently, below is my code in powerapp, but this spool both 2022 & 2023

CountIf (
Signature,
STATUS.Value = "available"
)

Hi @Anonymous,

The filter below will only show records of 2023. I made some adjustments to make the query delegable: CountRows & Filter() instead of CountIf() and less than or equals & greater than to filter the date field. You will still get a delegation warning because CountRows is not delegable, since it cannot count over 2000 records. However, the inner Filter() function is delegable.

CountRows( Filter( Signature, STATUS.Value = "available" && (DateField >= Date(2023,1,1)&& DateField < Date(2024,1,1)) ) )

Adjust the column & list name where necessary.
