Hi everyone,
I'm currently facing a perplexing issue while trying to utilize the Excel filter function within Power Apps. Despite my efforts to override the 2K row limitation by applying the filter function, it appears that the filter isn't functioning as expected. Here's the formula I'm using:
This formula is intended to filter data from an Excel table in Sharepoint based on a specific criterion provided by the user in a text box. However, I'm consistently encountering the 2K row limitation, even after implementing the filter function. One potential solution could be leveraging Lambda Functions to optimize the filtering process and potentially overcome this limitation. Any insights or alternative approaches to overcome this limitation would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
hey @Johnnywhite
did u connect the file directly or not? moving it to onedrive and connecting from there often helps in such use cases.

Quick question that might help you: Have you tried making a collection from your data source using either "Collect(colColName, yourdatasource)" or "ClearCollect(colColName, yourdatasource)"?
Thanks it works.
