This is probably not the answer you want to hear, but I would suggest that you don't use Excel spreadsheets with line breaks in the field name.
I think this is unusual - I've not come across field names with line breaks in the time that I've been working with PowerApps.
I've just tried this and I notice that controls such as the data table and gallery controls don't properly recognise field names with a line break. Therefore, I suspect that PowerApps doesn't fully support this naming convention.

Therefore, I would recommend that you rename the field name without a line break. I would also recommend that you don't name your Excel table 'Table'. Table is the name of a function in PowerApps. If you give a data source the same name as a function, there is far greater scope for problems to occur.
