Is it possible to change the colors of the Bars in a bar chart (any chart type) in powerapps?

Yes this is doable, please select the chart(Make sure that you have selected the Chart inside the Grouped Element). You can confirm this from the left menu.
Now, go to the ItemColorSet property and update the colors that you want to display in the order based on the items property.

But when i am using filters in bar chart the color of bar is showing the first color of the color set, However it should show the color of define color name in colorset.
