Hello, i have a game app that allow users to add numeric values to a list.

When i used excel as the database, every time it was changed it appered at office.com to all users. This is a problem cause then everyone can bypass the app and change it directly.

I tried changing it to a sharepoint list but i had the same problem, where the list appears at the front of office.

I want that only i can view the table while alowing users to change it, in app.

I do not have a dataverse licence or admin permissions, if someone could help me i would be very grateful.

How many columns are there in excel and how many max rows it can have?

7 columns, there is no max of rows.

@Anonymous Sadly you will need to give access to users to excel or Sharepoint list if you use that as a backend and users can navigate to these data sources through office.com. I usually put a message on the sharepoint site so that if a user opens it outside of the app they should open the powerapps instead.

Using SQL/Dataverse is a better approach however you need premium license for that.

    That was my biggest fear.

    Thank you for the help.

@Anonymous Try this as well. It would help you restrict sharepoint in the best possible way.
