Hello
I am working on creating a chatbot and after I perform certain tasks, if I forget to exit correctly and try typing in hi again
I am getting the below error
Sorry, the bot can't talk for a while. It's something the bot's owner needs to address. Error code: InvalidDialogInterruption.
Request your guidance on how to autoreset the chatbot if its idle for more than 5 mins so this error does not come
How do i exit a conversation, once the chatbot answers my question I get a message
Did I help you with your request today ?
Yes/No
If i forget to click on Yes or No and come back tomorrow and type hi I am getting the above error
It seems we have a common problem. I tried the chatbot on Teams with some users and only my Teams (old and new version) get this message error with some topics each time I try to trigger them. When I try the chatbot with demo website, I don't have any error.
Clearing the Teams cache and signing in again did not solve the issue for me.
This solution isn't working - End topic or End conversation didn't help.
Error appears after user input of type `User's entire response`,
topic is very simple and hasn't flows.

I used inactivity trigger as suggested and it worked for me , thank you !
Thank you for helping with this suggestion. I will check this out
You could use the inactivity trigger to reset the conversation after some time has passed: Using Topic Triggers - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn
