Dear All,

I have a app which I have moved from the default environment to a new production environment. The app has flows embedded in the app. When the user goes to run click on a button to invoke the flow, it comes up with an error:

"has not been assigned any roles. They need a role with the prvReadWorkflow privilege."

I need some direction on how best to fix this issue?

Kind Regards

Daniel

    Re: Power Automate Help

So actually I have managed to fix this by recreating the security role which has read access for a users. I then added in a group which the application was shared with. This permission worked ok and no more issues. I noticed that only when an application is shared with a group in that environment (group was created in AD then Azure AD connect sync it to office 365) that it will show in the permissions groups to be selected after.

So I think I have figured out how to get it working but still wanted advice if I have done this correctly. I have created a security role by copying the basic user role and added permissions for the organization to have read access to the process table. I have then associated users to have access to this role. Please can you confirm if this is correct / ok?
