Copilot Studio and End User Licensing

Hello Everyone,
I have a question regarding licensing for Copilot Studio and end users. I have created an Agent for MS Teams and Copilot currently, I am using the free trial version of Copilot Studio which is about to expire.
In our organization around 20 users are expected to use the Agent via MS Teams or Copilot My question is:
Do I need to purchase one license for Copilot Studio and an additional 20 licenses for the 20 end users? Or is access for end users free of charge? we already have license MS Teams.

Thank you.

    hello

i suggest you to make a tour inside microsoft copilot studio real page :) : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/billing-licensing

and i think you are just mixing copilot studio and copilot 365

Copilot studio didn't have any personnal licence (except the 0 dollars one for allowing developpement). It's all about message cosumption : prepaid or real time consumption. For 20 user i will suggest a real time consumption called "pay as you go" it need a microsoft azure subscription to allow paiment directly.

I suggest you to contact you'r IT dude or a local partner before engaging any money :) it's very easy but quiet long to explain here before you read the documentation. Creating a pay as you go microsoft subscription is easy and common task for IT dude :) just ask them or you'r local partner :)

If your users are only interacting with the agent (not building or managing it), they do not need a Copilot Studio license. As long as they have a Microsoft 365 license that includes Teams (like E1, E3, E5, Business Basic, etc.), they can use the agent in Teams at no extra cost
