some Items are not showing up/disappearing in gallery when using Sharepoint and Power Apps

I have a gallery and its data source is a Sharepoint List.

Also, I have a dropdown and 3 comboboxes.

I created a formula to Filter the gallery based in these 4 filters, but sometimes when filtering, some data disappears. Sometimes it shows, but when I started filtering some data are missing. And I double checked SP, data was there. There are only 128 records in Sharepoint List.

Here is the formula and in red circle supposed to have data there, but it is not showing

Also here, when filtering:

Sort(
 Filter(
 'KPI Scorecard',
 varReset,
 Or(IsBlank(DropdownCanvas2_6.Selected.Value),Year.Value=DropdownCanvas2_6.Selected.Value),
 Or(IsBlank(cbb.SelectedItems),IsEmpty(cbb.SelectedItems),Team in cbb.SelectedItems),
 Or(IsBlank(cbb_1.SelectedItems),IsEmpty(cbb_1.SelectedItems),Category in cbb_1.SelectedItems),
 Or(IsBlank(cbb_2.SelectedItems),IsEmpty(cbb_2.SelectedItems),'Lagging Indicator' in cbb_2.SelectedItems)
 ),
 Category.Value,SortOrder.Ascending
 )

I added "varReset" which basically switches between false/true to refresh the grid.

I also changed the formula because of delegation but the problem still remains. In this case I basically removed the "IN" because of delegation.

I tried to switch the data sort to collections but did not work as well.

    Hi @ferby2023 ,
    Assuming that data exists in the relevant records, this is should not be related to the Filter (if the record is displayed, it should show all fields). To eliminate the control (Modern Controls can be inconsistent), put the formula in a Classic Data Table and see if everything shows there.

    Thanks for helping, unfortunately, did not work.

    I switched all dropdown and combos to old version, but still happening as showed below.

    Btw, the 2nd combobox there is no column showing in grid.. I mean, I am filtering using this filter but this column is not inside the grid, only inside the data source.. this column is not visible...

    Other funny thing, when I clean the FX and type again (SAME CODE) it reloads the blank values:

    Hi @ferby2023 ,

    The Items are not the issue - it would be the DefaultSelectedItems if that is a Combo Box - what are they ?

    Sorry, I was saying about Item. Because it is typed in FX Bar lol..  Also, my  DefaultSelectedItems is ThisItem.Category  for category column for example.

    Hi @ferby2023 ,

    Assuming Category is a Choice column, that should be correct. This is still sounding like a Modern Control issue - if you use a Classic Gallery and a Classic Combo Box, does it work ?

    Thanks @WarrenBelz

    I change all the architecture to old version and the problem finally disappeared.

    I tried several formulas of several engineers and none of them worked.. only when I changed all to "Classic Controls"

    Thank you so much for helping me!!!

    Can I report this to microsoft as a bug ?
