Adding new Lookup "To" field in the Email table

Hello everyone,

I'm using the Email (Email Messages) table in Dataverse that is created by default to save incoming emails as well as sending emails to users in the organization.

When sending an email, I store external email addresses (outside the organization so no record in the User table) in the Contact table which is also a default table in Dataverse.

The problem is that when creating a new email, I cannot see any records from the Contact table in the "To" field.

All I can see is "Users", "Queues", "Cases".

How do I include the records of the "Contacts" table in this lookup?

I have the same question (0)

    Hello @bstroescu

    Instead of storing it in Contact and send an email, you can directly send an email to unresolved users.

    @bstroescu

    In addition to what @bipinshan  has mentioned below make sure that the contact entity is added to your Model Driven App.

    I have blogged this issue and was having same problem and was able to get it fixed by adding the table to the model driven app

    This was already checked for me, but like @Mira_Ghaly said it may be part of what needs to be enabled so I will accepted your solution as well!
