    hey @yashgoyal

did you add columns to your list after you connected your datasource to the app? If yes please go to the datasource tab on the left side of the screen, hit the 3 dots and click refresh

Is ElectionDay a data source or a collection? If its a collection then you have to add custom cards and controls for the fields. You can do that using the three dot ellipses menu to the right of the add field.

    Hi @yashgoyal

The Excel data source appears to be one that you've imported into your app, meaning that the data will be read-only. That's the reason why the edit functionality is disabled.

If you copy the Excel file into OneDrive and connect to it from Power Apps, the Edit form should show the fields correctly.
