An app we use as a company for weekly checks has been used for approximately 6 months now on mobile devices very successfully, we now have a new tablet and the gallery refuses to refresh, showing no results. Is there any reason that would happen? I can't see where the issue is as the app works perfectly on desktop and mobile devices.

There are a couple of things that can be, probably the user connected to the tablet doesn't have the necessary permission to see the data, but to make sure what is the issue I would suggest creating a monitoring session to check it.
To create a monitor session go to make.powerapps.com > select the correct environment > select the app > 3 dots > monitor
Connect user
Enter the name or email of the user and copy the link
share this link with the user and check what happened

Thank you so much, I have no idea what happened but the monitor sessions worked when I opened the app in the browser and not the powerapps app. So I deleted the app and reloaded it, now it works.
