Copilot - Servicenow Connector Error: ConnectorRequestFailure

Hi,

I am using the Plugin Actions for Servicenow however when trying to use the 'ServicenNow - Get Knowledges Articles' plugin I am constantly getting the error:

  • The connector ‘ServiceNow’ returned an HTTP error with code 400. Error code: ConnectorRequestFailure.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I have added a default value for query input: 'password'. But I am also not sure if this is needed or if it would just pick up the query from the users initial input?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Did you install the service now kb? This is not installed by default in most instances.

    • Click on plugins and search for KNOWLEDGE API or SN_KM_API
