Hello, I cannot find the video I usually reference but I am trying to connect 1 data card to another data card. I know I can link it through the X value, but don't recall how.

You want to put a DataCard_2 beside DataCard_1?

Then the X property of DataCard_2 should be:
DataCard_1.X + DataCard_1.Width
