How to Disable Premium Features

Hello,

I have a Sharepoint List for which I recently created a PowerApps form using the "Powerapps -> Customize form" option in Sharepoint list. Our organization does not have a Premium subscription, but I was able to create the form anyway.

Shortly after the form was created, it would warn that it wasn't available due to requiring a PowerApps subscription. I clicked "Start a Free Trial" to get past it, but now I'm wondering why it's asking for a subscription when the form created without one without asking for a trial?

I'm not seeing Sharepoint listed as a "premium connection" (reference: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/#compare-plans )so what else could be giving this prompt?

    @Villanova_AEV ,

SharePoint is not a premium connector so you should be able to use SharePoint in powerApps by Office 365 plans:

    PowerApps plan for SharePoint

I believe you have PowerApps for Office 365 plan. In order to check you can follow the screen shot.showing plan.jpgoffice plan.jpg

If you don't have PowerApps for Office 365 plan, you can ask with Office Admin of your organization.

If there is then it should be some other issue.

    Thanks,

    Nabin

    Hi @Villanova_AEV ,

Do you want to custom form for your SP list using PowerApps?

Do you have a Office 365 license for your account?

When you click "PowerApps" ->"Customize form" option within your SP list, it would open PowerApps Studio for web to edit your SP list.

In addition, if you want to custom form for your SP list using PowerApps, you must own Office 365 plan that includes PowerApps. license at least.

Please check the following article for more details:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/customize-list-form#administer-your-custom-form

Currently, I could not reproduce your issue on my side. If you want to get further help in this issue, please consider submit an assisted support ticket through the following link:

    Best regards,
