I have a sharepoint list with 7000 elements, I uploaded it to powerapps to be able to view it from there, the problem is that you do not see all the elements, is there any limit of elements in powerapps?

    Hi @Anonymous

By elements do you mean columns or rows

    for columns no limits

for rows - if you do not see a delegation warning you should see all data

Note a gallery only shows the first 100 rows and as you scroll will subsequently show/load more data

    Regards,

    Reza Dorrani

    Hi @Anonymous ,

The picture that you showed is non-delegable limit.

The max of non-delegable limit is 2000.

If you want to avoid the effect of delegation, you need to use delegable data source and delegable functions.

For now, we only support three delegable data soucre:

You could click it to see its delegable functions. Different data soucre have different delegable functions.

To sum up, if your record is smaller than 2000, just edit the non-delegable limit to 2000. Then delegation warning will not effect your app performance.

If your record is larger than 2000, you need to use delegable data source and delegable functions or else your app will not perform well.

    Best regards,
