Hi,
I have been building a flow which reads through a large data sheet filled with statuses of certain applications, with many columns such as date, status, name, etc. The flow essentially generates a report in a separate excel file, by using filter arrays to get specific requirements, then a compose to count how many rows match those requirements, and then update a row actions to update the report. In the flow I use about 4 of these (FilterArray -> Compose -> Update a row) actions. The full flow looks something like this: Recurrance, List Rows in a table, (FilterArray -> Compose -> Update a row) x4, (List rows in a table(different, much smaller tables) -> Compose -> Update a row)x3.
The flow saves and test runs perfectly as long as I am in the flow editor, however once I exit the flow editor, and attempt to re-enter the editor, the flow refuses to load, and crashes the page. I get a pop-up, that says the webpage is not responding, and asks me to wait, however it ends up turning the whole page white. I have rebuilt the flow over and over and still run into the same problem. Is this an issue with the browser not being able to handle the workload? The filter array queries involve many nested loops in order to pull data in between date ranges and of certain statuses. I do not think this is the issue as Automate should be built to handle complex queries. Would splitting the flow into 2 separate flows help?
Please let me know if you may need any additional details to understand the problem better.
Thanks,
Nikkil
Oh wow, it actually works. Cannot believe it was that simple. Thank you so m
Hi Anna,
Currently I am using Microsoft's Edge browser, and have tested FireFox, which also has the same problem. My work laptop does not let me install Chrome, so I have yet to try it. Also, I am indeed using the new designer, would switching to the old one help?
Thanks,
Nikkil
@nikkil may i know which browser are you using, can you try it in different browser? Also are you using the new designer?
