Attachment form your formula missing a column 'attachemnets.contentBytes' for sending emails

Hi all
 
I am using the Form attachment control within a power app to send an email. I have watched videos from Shame and read articles but i cannot get this to work. Any help with be amazing. Thank you for taking the time to look at this

    You do not need quotes around RenameColumns parameters any more
