Hi team,

Please I need some help here.

I'm trying to mix Planner with Power Virtual Agents, in this moment my company needs to create tasks from clients chats, so I'm thinking on use planner.

Could someone helps me?

Yes, sure!

You can call actions inside PVA calling to Power Automate workflow, similar to my video: (3) Add actions using Power Automate to a Power Virtual Agents bot - YouTube

Also, inside your Power Automate, you can create tasks for Planner.
