What are you using to create and send the email and how? Is this in Power Automate using the Dataverse connector?

Hi @parvezghumra all I have done is create the email through the Main Form. How do I set up the back end for sending?

@ctedesco3307 Are you using Exchange Online? You need to configure server side sync, but will need Global/Exchange Admin rights to do so: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/connect-exchange-online

@parvezghumra  There is a default server profile set in the environment. Do I need to create another?

@parvezghumra  I found another step in the legacy view to activate the emails I want to send from. I did that - no change yet though ..... does it take a while to come into effect?

@ctedesco3307 in order to make integration work (i.e. your emails are being sent) you will have to configure the email box for the user/queue you use for outgoing email. Check this - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/set-incoming-outgoing-email-synchronization

Also you can check this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2z_a0lWTBog&ab_channel=Trivia
