multiple people picker to sharepoint list

Hi, I've been following this video and a couple of others on how to make a people picker for writing back to SharePoint list.

I have followed this verbatim and am unable to actually pick more than one person in my combo box.  I have multiple selections set as true, I have search enabled.

I have ComboboxCanvas3 set with:
Items = Office365Users.SearchUserV2({searchTerm:ComboboxCanvas3.SearchText, top:10}).value

Any ideas why I can't add more than one name in my combo box?

Also, I'm not writing the name into the Trainer (one name) and Trainees (multiple) columns in my list correctly.  This is what I get on submit.  I've seen other suggest making a collection for this?

Any tips would be great, thank you!

    This website is so glitchy for me..
    Here's the pic of the submission to the list for when I have one name in both of these fields:

    Hi @ShanePhillips,
    It is because the Table Schema produced by
    Office365Users.SearchUserV2({searchTerm: Self.SearchText, top:10}).value
    is slightly different to that of a Person field, so you need to correct this in both directions - so for Trainer Data Card Update
    {
       Claims:"i:0#.f|membership|" & Lower(ComboboxCanvas3.Selected.Mail),
       Department: "",
       DisplayName: ComboboxCanvas3.Selected.DisplayName,
       Email: ComboboxCanvas3.Selected.Mail,
       JobTitle: "",
       Picture: ""
    }
    and the DefaultSelectedItems
    {
       Mail: ThisItem.Trainer.Email,
       DisplayName: ThisItem.Trainer.DisplayName
    }
    Now Trainees gets more complex - Update (I have assumed the Combo Box name)
    ForAll(
       ComboboxCanvas4.SelectedItems As _Items,
       {
          Claims:"i:0#.f|membership|" & Lower(_Items.Mail),
          Department: "",
          DisplayName: _Items.DisplayName,
          Email: _Items.Mail,
          JobTitle: "",
          Picture: ""
       }
    )
    and the DefaultSelectedItems
    ForAll(
       ThisItem.Trainees As _Items,
       {
          Mail: _Items.Email,
          DisplayName: _Items.DisplayName
       }
    )

    @WarrenBelz Ok!!  I'm able to write the names input!  Thank you!

    I'm still only able to pick one name in the Trainees combobox though.  I have "allow multiple selections" set as true.  I can't find what is wrong here..  Thoughts?

    You would need to enter the StartsWith characters of each one, but it works fine here (I use it also on production apps). Is that a Modern or Classic combo box ? If Modern I suggest you change to Classic.

    I was using a modern apparently.  I've replaced it with the classic, and I took the opportunity to rename it to something intuitive.  'TraineesComboBox'  Though now it isn't searching and pulling back names..
    When you say use the StartsWith characters for each, are you saying I'd need to use the StartsWith function in the search or begin typing and select the correct name?  I assume that's what you're saying, though now that I'm not pulling back names it's making me second guess.
    I'm typing my name in and get no suggestions

    Same as before, I have Items set to
    Office365Users.SearchUserV2({searchTerm:TraineesComboBox.SearchText, top:10}).value

    Here is a Classic Combo Box with the Items mentioned

    It is also important you display the correct field

    Thank you, yes, the field was set to city..  That did it.  I figured it was something silly on my part.  I appreciate your help as someone who is diving into Power Apps.  This is remarkably fun.
