Trying to check if the user's account exist using power automate

Hi everyone !

 

I'm trying to make a flow that checks if the user has a microsoft 365 account or not. I can't seem to make it to work, can anyone help me ?

    It looks like the Get user profile action errors if the user is not found.  You can leverage the "Run after" settings to make your Flow work - see my example below.

    In short, no, if you are using the Get user profile action as it errors if the user is not found.  My example performs the same function as a condition.  If you need additional actions following the emails, you could use Scopes and set the run after on the scope instead of the individual actions.

    If you want to use a condition, you can use the Search for users action - see my example below.  In my example,  the condition returns true if the user is not found.
