How to chage Time value (Format = 08:00:00 in Excel but Showing on power app = 0.33333333)

Hello, Expert power App developer

I can't change value of Time from Excel Database (Value = 08:00:00) and showing on power app (Value = 0.3333333) //See detail in Picture 1) and Excel Database in picture 2.

I want to change it to HH:mm format.

Thank you for kindly help

A bit tricker than you might think - this seems to work

With( { _Time: Round( YourTimeNumber * 24, 3 ) }, With( { _Hours: RoundDown( _Time, 0 ) }, _Hours & ":" & Text( Mod( _Time, _Hours ) * 60, ".00" ) ) )

I'm testing your formular that work but has a little bit problem seem like the picture:

Some Item isn't exactly time and value has missing.
