I want to have an ID field (integer) as a unique identifier for a record. When I add a record I want this field to autoincrement and store it in the ID column. Some of my tables do it automatically but others do not. I checked the keys on the tables and they all have 'secondary key' as ID. I don't see any differences between the tables that work and those that do not work.
On a table, you can add an auto-increment column which you can add prefix and configure as you wish:
If you want to talk about primary key, every table has a guid column as 'record ID'. When you work with tables in powerautomate or anything else, this 'record ID' field is the main 'key'. You can also add keys to your table to make fields unique or prevent duplicate values from records.
I hope it helps!
