List box or Radio Show Two Columns from SP List

I am creating a Power Apps form that needs two columns from a SharePoint list available as either a List box or Radio input.  I need List box or Radio so I can show as many choices as possible in a single view before having to scroll.  I created a container and added the List box.  I can only get one of the two columns to appear in the list.

Name of SharePoint list: Report Generator Source

Category

I have tried:

ShowColumns(‘Report Generator Source’, Category, SourceQuestion)

I get:

I need some help with the syntax to make both columns appear with the header if possible.  Once I get this, I will need to write the selection, along with other fields on the form back to a central repository which is a different SP list.

    @cawoodchuck a List Box control will only display one column. Have you considered embedding a Gallery control inside the DataCard into your EditForm control instead?

    Thanks for the response.  My problem is the question to be asked is tied to the category.  I currently have a dropdown for "Category" and it drives another dropdown of questions for the chosen category.  So if I select "Schedule", the user only gets three questions to choose from instead of a list of 20.  I need a way for the user to see all the categories and questions without having to pick through one at a time in a dropdown.

    @cawoodchuck then embed two Galleries.

    Use the first Gallery to display a list of distinct Categories. For example in the Items property of the Gallery, use:

    Distinct(
     'Your Data Source',
     Category
    )

    Create a second Gallery displaying a list of questions associated to the selected Category in the first Gallery. For example in the Items property, enter:

    Filter(
     'Your Data Source',
     Category = GalleryCategories.Selected.Value
    )

    Thanks for sticking with me.  Using two galleries gets me closer but I ran into the same problem as I did when inserting a table.  The question field is too long and I cannot figure out how to wrap text.  Is there way to enable wrap text either in a table (preferred) or in a gallery?

    @cawoodchuck - you will require a Gallery control if you want to wrap text.
