Unable to GET To-Do lists via the Microsoft To-Do (Business) Connector

Hey All,

I'm working on an Onboarding app for my company and ran into an issue.
I am having an issue for the past few weeks with the Microsoft To-Do (Business) connector and my apps and flows.
I can create lists, but the system does not find any of the created ones (only shows "Flagged email" list).
I even tried it via Power Automate and it is the same.
I tried removing the connector and readding it, I tried inCognito/inPrivate modes and different browser- same thing, I tried clearing browser cache and I even tried using button to manually trigger - same thing.
I know that it works for other users, but not mine.

Any ideas on this issue will be much appreciated.

Just want to confirm when you create the list , do you have it when you logon https://to-do.office.com ?

see my screen shot, I created a new one called 'My New to-do list' .

    See the flow screen shot.

    Hey @stampcoin,

I have 2 accounts in the office and they both have the same issue.
I have in my main account a list that i created manually (not via the connector) and i still can not see it in the systems:

The left side (white background) is the Power platform systems and the right side (black background) is my To-Do app.
Via the Power Platform systems, i can create lists and see them in my To-Do app, but it can not find any lists there.

since you said you have two accounts, it's worth to double check that.
Delete the connection reference for To Do.
You can go to connections directly via changing the address, change last word to connections
Or you can try to create a temp flow in another environment for testing ( choose one you never played before, it won't save if you don't save it).

Another thing worth to check is try to  list them all ( use List all to-do lists (V2))?

I tried "the List all to-do lists (V2)" action on my main account in a different environment and it still finds only the "Flagged email" list.

    I relogged

Thanks for the feedback. That's strange.
Could you please use the flow to create one (kind of shuffle it) and then list it if you can have it ?

    Hey @stampcoin,
    Thanks for all the assistance,
    I ran the test.

You can see that the list creation worked:

But after 5m delay, it still only retrieve the Flagged Mails.

    That's frustrating......
I think you can manipulate the list via creation.
Check if your List all to-do lists(v2) output, if you have more than one task list.
If you still can not list the tasks ( try again to use List to-do's by folder (v2)).
It might be a bug, please send a ticket to the support.

    Hey @stampcoin,

I did another test and check what happens if i manually use the ID of list.
I opened the To-Do in the web browser, selected one of my lists and took the ID from the address box.
I placed that ID in a "List to-do's by folder (V2)" action and it gave me the list and its tasks.
So, the issue is that it can not retrieve the lists' information on its own.

I spoke with my manager and we will try to use SharePoint List instead of the To-Do lists.
Thanks for the assistance and if it will not work, I will open a support ticket.
Thanks again for all the help.
