I have a question that takes about 20 seconds to come back with an answer. I wanted to know if it was possible to send a reassuring message like "looking into this...please give me a few moments" instead of the normal "..." buffering to show the user that the question is being answered. Is there a way to send this message while it is thinking?
in Copilot Studio it's not possible to customize it. It's only possible for deployments from scratch, like by using Azure AI Foundry (former Azure AI Studio). That way you can customize the waiting message by sending custom events.
