I am experiencing a persistent infinite loading screen (blue spinner) when trying to access my Copilot Studio environment.
Context:

My previous Copilot Studio trial recently expired.

I have since accepted/signed up for a new trial on the same account.

Every time I log in to
web.powerva.microsoft.com, I am met with the loading animation, but the dashboard never renders.
Steps I've already tried:

Refreshing the page and performing a hard refresh (
Ctrl+F5). -
Attempting to log in via an Incognito/Private window (same result).

Clearing browser cache and cookies for Microsoft domains.
It seems like my account is stuck in a provisioning loop between the expired license and the new trial license. Has anyone encountered this "session hang" after a trial renewal, and is there a specific way to force the environment to re-sync?
