Hello,
I have created an Agent in my solution and added it to a channel in Microsoft Teams. The Agent is also integrated with Microsoft 365, and users are actively interacting with the chatbot. I am unable to view any activity details in the Agent solution. Specifically, I need to know who interacted with the Agent and the details of those interactions. My goal is to retrieve user information (such as name or ID) for everyone who has chatted with the Agent.
