Hi have an external user managing a workflow. He is attempting to use the Request sign-off Flow. I have ensured that he has "edit" access. I also ensure he has can confirm he has the following additional licenses: Microsoft Power Automate Free and Microsoft Power Apps for Developer.
Everything works fine until he attempts to enter the "approver" email, when he gets the following message: "insufficient privileges to complete the operation"
I have already followed some online help articles including removing him completely and resending invites. Any other recommendations?
