Hello
In my solution there is a DV table that holds a reasonably simple log of transactions related to employment status, where I have a field that can link to everyone in Azure AD (not a problem here).  The problem comes where I also have the need to include people who are applicants who obviously aren't in AD, but the "people lookup" doesn't allow hybrid.  Copilot is no help.  Obviously I could make the field free form but then I wouldn't get the linkup with the larger picture.
 
Anyone have any suggestions?

    What does this mean because its not obvious to me.
     
    The problem comes where I also have the need to include people who are applicants who obviously aren't in AD
     
    Where are they coming from?
     
    And what does "hybrid" mean exactly? If you have people that are not in AD, then you will need to use a Collection that matches the same format as the control requires, and populate it with the people you want in it and the people you have... somewhere else then use the Collection as its Items.
     
    But need more information on how these "others" are stored, where etc?

    What about creating a intermediary custom table with the name "people" or something?
    In there, you can collect the information of both the AD and non AD people
     
    When this is all set up, all you have to do is create a lookup column to this table.
