Vibe preview workspace reset — lost editing access to working app

I was building an app in Vibe (Power Apps preview). The app is still working in play mode and exists in my solution, but when I returned to continue editing, the Vibe workspace was cleared and shows "You don't have an app yet."

The app runs fine — it's not deleted
I just can't edit it anymore in Vibe
I didn't finish building the app yet
Questions:

Why did the workspace reset?
How can I reconnect my existing app to the Vibe editor to continue working on it?

I am having the same issue - i think this must be a known issue - it's been happening since yesterday and I have tested cross devices and environments.

Vibe is a preview, session-based editor, not a persistent design surface like the standard Power Apps Studio.

Because of that, the workspace can reset due to:

Session timeout or browser refresh

Environment/context switch

Backend updates in preview infrastructure

The app itself is saved (that’s why it still runs), but the Vibe editing session is not retained.

Vibe preview is meant for prototyping and experimentation, not for ongoing or production development.

Recommendation

Use Vibe to quickly generate ideas or UI, then move to:

Standard editor

Solution-based development

Regular save/export practices
