URGENT issue - Flow not triggering

In my Production environment, none of my flows are triggering. They all have trigger to fire when record modified in Dataverse (Sales). 
Seems like some issues with my trigger and it is asking me to review my trigger. Below is the error it is showing on trigger

Below is the error I am seeing on the top. This error sometimes don't show up.
 
All of these flows were working properly in Sandbox, and I thought there is some issues with the deployment of these flows, but I created a flow manually in Product from scratch, but still getting same error.
 
Please assist.

    Seems like Microsoft did something from the backend which resolved the issue and my trigger started firing. However, I am keeping this post active until I get a root cause analysis from the support to help prevent this to happen with others.

    How do you use the authentication for your flow ?  
    You can only use one, but the message error tells , you have more than one .
