However, I am getting the below error. I am new to his and trying to figure it out.

    Verify that the environment you have created meets the specifications indicated in the documentation. Preview version with the preview feature

    Turn off "New connections experience (preview)" up top right. Then the instructions from the MS article will work. The new connections experience only shows the portal management page URL.

    The correct format will look like:
    https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/Default-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/connections?apiName=shared_commondataserviceforapps&connectionName=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
