Connection Issue

Hi 
 
I have my PVA connected the action of power automate. When I test it, it shows a message to ask me to connect the the permission.  However, i clicked connect, it keeps showing me something went wrong. 
Anyone has same issue or got solution about this? Thanks in advance

    Yes, the flow works perfectly. No issue at all.!
