Hi, I have built an agent and exploring the "Create generative answers" node in Fallback and Conversational boosting Topics.

I put a prompt in both nodes but the agent doesn't provide any response at all. It just ends the topic and says "No information was found that could help answer this" (in the test environment).

How can I fix this?

Can you show what you have completed? What knowledge sources have you linked to?

Hi @lbensen22, Could you please confirm whether sufficient knowledge sources have been added or if Copilot's built-in intelligence is enabled?

I haven’t added any knowledge in both Fallback and Conversational boosting. Is this a requirement?

I am not sure if the Copilot is enabled. I don’t I have access to the admin center.
