Shared Copilot agent triggers don’t copy—how can they run for all users?

I’m experiencing an issue with a Copilot Studio agent that I created.
I have built an agent that sends me a daily email summary of my meetings for the next day. The agent uses a scheduled trigger set to run at 16:00 every day. This trigger appears to be created in Power Automate as part of the agent setup.
The problem occurs when I share/publish this agent with a colleague. The trigger does not follow with the agent when it is shared. My colleague receives the agent itself, but not the scheduled trigger — meaning the automation will not run for them unless they manually recreate their own trigger in Power Automate.
My questions are:
Why doesn’t the trigger follow the agent when it is shared?
Is this expected behavior, or is this a current limitation/bug?
How can I ensure that the same scheduled automation runs for my colleague without requiring them to manually create their own trigger?
Does Copilot Studio support agent‑level triggers that can be shared across users, or is there a recommended workaround for this scenario?
The desired behaviour is that the agent and its associated trigger(s) can be shared together, so the automation runs identically for all intended users.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Scheduled triggers (like your daily summary) are implemented as Power Automate flows tied to your user account.
When you share or publish a Copilot Studio agent, only the agent’s logic and configuration are shared—not the associated Power Automate flows or triggers.
Flows are user-specific and not automatically transferred or duplicated for other users. This is a known limitation. Power Automate flows (including scheduled triggers) are not packaged with Copilot Studio agents when shared.
