    Most likely cause: Reasoning models not fully stable in Copilot Studio yet (preview feature).
    Fastest fix: Switch to GPT-4 Turbo temporarily until reasoning model support improves.
    Long-term solution: Wait for Microsoft to stabilize reasoning model integration or use Power Automate to call Azure OpenAI reasoning models directly.

    does this happend in copilot studio "Test" or Teams or any other channel?
    did you try republish the Agent that fix sometimes issue similar to this.
    It works fine with the other models or same result?

    The SystemError in Copilot Studio is a platform-side failure (it doesn’t return details). So Microsoft’s documented resolution is to open a support ticket and provide the Conversation ID + UTC timestamp.
