Hello All,
I’m building an agent that should capture the Case ID or Account Name from the user and retrieve the case details from Salesforce.
However, when I tried to create a connection for the Get Case tool, I encountered an issue. After entering my username and password in the Salesforce popup within Copilot, I received an “OAuth 2.0 error” and was unable to establish the connection.
Does anyone know the steps required to successfully create a connection from Copilot to Salesforce?
