Dear community, 
 
i just started my PL-900 course. I wa wondering, is there any option to get access to all Power Platform Apps and features with a personal MS account?

    There's no way to get access to all the Power Platform Apps and features with a personal MS account.
     
    You'll need a Microsoft Work/School account for this.  My post here describes how you can obtain a work address and how to register for the developer plan, which will give you access to the platform.

    As a community we are not offering any services or subscriptions related to the power platform. 
     
    As per Microsoft you can start explore the things using the Trial license and there are prerequisite there
