Action "Forgot your password?" in Power Page

Hello,
I tried to reset the password through PowerPage:
 
Nothing is generated in the mailbox table:
 
I don't have any process flow that have password key name:
 
I don't know how I am supposed to check what is the issue, because i'm not receiving anything.

Focus on verifying the Contact record, authentication configuration, Power Pages site settings, and the password reset email template.     It is exposed as an Action (type of process) called "Send Password Reset To Contact" it should be in Default solution, double check that you have the correct environment where Power Pages installed in (e.g. not the default environment) selected in the top right of your screen .
     
    By default it attempts to send from the User that is the owner of the Contact record (for the portal user) in question, and if that User has not been enabled for outbound email it will fail.
