I've got a Power Apps application that is for reserving desk in the office. I am using sharepoint lists as a data source. I have 3 floors, 1st floor has 54 desks, 2nd floor has 54 desks and 3rd floor has 74 desks. I have one sharepoint with 6 lists there, 3 lists are for each floor desk information (ID of the desk, LocName of the desk, XCoor, YCoor and some more columns - vertical, bottom, double digit - those columns are only for placing correctly text labels). The rest of the lists in sharepoint are for reservations (employee full name, Office - which is a lookup, FromDate, ToDate, Office:ID (which is a secondary column of Office and ID for the reservation). I have a 5 screens (Intro screen, 3 screens with each floor and summary screen with all bookings of employee). On screen with floor I've got a buttons placed on a map. User can book a desk by clicking a desk and another button for submitting a booking. Each desk is each button and these buttons have colors that represent whether the desks are free, selected (to be reserved), occupied, occupied by a team member, or reserved user spaces. The main problem is that the data are not loading correctly - for example, if I want to see the occupied seats on the 3rd floor, I have to go through different screens, 1st floor, then the intro screen and only then the colors on the 3rd floor appear with good colours which desk is taken or free. Previously I had only 1 floor and it was working correctly without that issue, but after adding the rest of the floors the problem occured. I noticed also Power Apps working slower. What I tried to add? I tried to add loading screens and ClearCollect function to reload data, but it was not working. I am quite new with Power Apps and I had problem with delegation warning and that could cause the problem, but I have added a ClearCollect function to get data firstly to avoid delegation warning on Office.Id = ThisItem.ID part of the code, but it didn't help - actually it made things worse as I needed to visit other screens to see changed user's booking on for example 3rd floor. I am adding source code for Intro screen and 3rd floor screen and you maybe can find something to help me with this
