In our organization, we already hold Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses and are currently evaluating the creation of internal agents using Copilot Studio, to be deployed in environments such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
However, we have encountered several uncertainties regarding which Copilot Studio capabilities are actually included under the Microsoft 365 Copilot license, particularly in relation to Copilot Credits consumption and the potential for additional costs.
Specifically, we would like to understand whether it is possible to use, without additional cost or credit consumption, functionalities such as Power Automate flows triggered from a Copilot Studio agent, standard and premium connectors, actions, tools, and similar features. In other words, we are seeking clear guidance on which Copilot Studio functionalities require credit consumption and therefore imply costs beyond the Microsoft 365 Copilot license itself.
We have attached a screenshot from the Copilot Studio documentation indicating that certain functionalities are included. However, we have observed that the same documentation appears to provide contradictory information in other sections. For example, we would appreciate clarification on what the Fair Usage Limit specifically entails and how it impacts day‑to‑day usage.
We would greatly appreciate your clarification on these points and, if possible, any official documentation or reference that clearly outlines what is covered under the license and what would require additional costs. This information will be essential for us to properly plan the internal deployment of agents and avoid unexpected credit consumption.
