A Customer Notification Flow has been created to trigger notification messages to users of Co-Pilot Agents hosted on Microsoft Teams.
The trigger is working correctly for all Co-Pilot Agents hosted on Teams. However, for one specific Agent, users added as recipients in Teams are not receiving the notification message, even though the Flow execution shows the status as Succeeded.
This creates a false-positive success state where the system reports successful delivery, but no message is actually received by the intended users.
Create a Customer Notification Flow to trigger messages for Co-Pilot Agents hosted on Microsoft Teams.
Configure recipients for multiple Co-Pilot Agents.
Trigger the Flow.
Observe that: - Notifications are delivered successfully for most Co-Pilot Agents. - For one specific Co-Pilot Agent, the Flow execution status shows Succeeded. - Users configured as recipients for this Agent do not receive any notification in Teams.
